super stoked about this location
great location amazing job helpful staff
the location is killer close to everything it made getting around so easy i mean steps from the centre. our room was super clean and those housekeepers rolando and surinder are total pros doing an amazing job every single day. the staff were also super helpful especially grant at the front desk he was so cute and ready to help with anything.
the parking situation was a bit of a bummer i ended up paying for parking but i didn't even fit in the underground spot so i parked on the side. charging for parking should mean you get a spot, you know i think it should be first come first serve and no charge.

Convenient and Clean Hotel near the Village
convenient location friendly staff laundry facility
I found the location very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Village. The staff was also friendly and gave me a complimentary upgrade, which I appreciated. There is a laUNDRY facility available, nice when traveling. They allow pets to stay at the hotel, a great perk.
I found the extra charge for parking somewhat ANNOYING. I parked on the side since my vehicle did not fit underground. Charging for parking should include a parking space.

a few minor issues

I appreciated the early check-in that was available. the staff were helpful and friendly. parking was a reasonable price. This was convenient. the room size was good.
the hot tub and pool were not very clean. the water felt slimy and seemed to lack chemicals. the pool water was quite cold.

Mediocre stay. Some issues noticed
thin walls paper thin walls
the location was convenient for accessing the village.
The walls were paper thin, so i heard every noise from the neighboring rooms. It was quite frustrating! i could even hear conversations and the tv. this lack of soundproofing really detracted from my stay, and i didn't sleep well.

The hotel is very close to the village. It allows easy access to shops. The rooms were clean and spacious. The lobby staff were friendly .
The safe in my room did not work. I reported the problem but it was not fixed properly. There was no full-length mirror in the bedroom. The coffee machine in reception was out of service .

i stayed in a beautiful queen room two queen beds. the room included a mini-refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker. the bathroom had ample counter space and provided toiletries.

The location was great. It was very close to the village. I appreciated the friendly staff. The modern, clean space included two large queen beds (I found them very nice and neat).
The hotel lacked soundproofed doors or windows. I could hear everything happening in the bathroom of the next room. This.
